Job Purpose: Be responsible for all HR issues and provide HR support to satisfy business needs from strategy and operation view.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Implementing key human capital strategies aligned with business objectives 2. Working with functional managers to initiate and implement optimal organization structure 3. Managing recruitment process in partnership with line leader, include job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer development, pre-employment screening, and applicant tracking Execute specific HR activities 4. Managing salary structure and personnel budget to motivate employee within reasonable budget control 5. Managing educational programs and training for employees 6. Managing employee relationship in line with local policy
Job Requirements: 1.Education Level/Major Bachelor degree with major of human resource related 2.Working Experience(area/yrs):5+ year in HR function of foreign-invested company in manufacturing industry 3.General Skills:Common HR skills & necessary labor law knowledge 4.Professional Knowledge/Skills Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and ambiguity 5. English skills: Fluent English ability 6. Computer Skills: PC Office 7. Other requirement/certificate: Driving License preferred
